W ramach podpisanego porozumienia firma ALL4JETS TECHNICS - spółka siostra ALL4JETS – zamierza wydzierżawić od Portu Lotniczego im. Władysława Reymonta część terenu, na którym powstanie obiekt do obsługi bazowej samolotów.

Z kolei lotnisko zobowiązało się do dostosowania swojej infrastruktury na potrzeby tej działalności m.in. poprzez przebudowę drogi kołowania oraz rozbudowę płyty postojowej. Zakończenie budowy i uruchomienie hangaru planowane jest w trzecim kwartałe 2026 roku.
Spółka ALL4JETS planuje w centralnej Polsce świadczyć usługi z zakresu obsługi technicznej samolotów, w tym przeglądy techniczne, a także konserwację. Firma jest też w stanie dokonywać demontażu maszyn lotniczych.
